I think you are using adbrite as affiliate program here and telling member to click them. And it is called click fraud in adbrite terms. If someone look interested to me I will click but telling member to click them so that site can run in sustain mode is not good.

Hey nice thinking admin, Even i'll click ad some times but not always since they might see it as invalid clicks.
Please notify this to everyone admin about the invalid clicks that can happen
