need authors for blog | Sharing 70% adsense revenue with Post authors

I have an adsense revenue sharing blog.
I need some authors to write posts along with me. I will be sharing 70% of the adsense ad views which u get from the posts you write.

Any topic is accepted (technical posts prefered). Your contents should not be copied from any other sites, Should be original.

You can place your adsense code after signing up with the blog.

I am also trying to open an adsense revenue website, like as flixya.com. Not 70% i will give members 90% adsense revenue. But i don't understand about adsense revenuing. I will visit your site, and i will decide after visiting.
