I get it with the rule, but why there's no other explanation about when it closed or the user online put there has a random position (not exactly like listed there) so when a name listed as the third name, it doesn't mean he's the number three. Is that so?

Well I think Admin (or Moderators) should make post at least every time new pages on tread opened, so the member won't get confuse does the contest is still running or not, beside, it a daily contest, but why there's no other contestant showed up by the admin.
