At Present there no requirement of age or country or religion. Just you must talk in english. Thats it.

why is it that there is a rule tht v shud have 2 referrals to get our money. one way i think it is good. another way it is also tough to make referrals

All you need is someone with an email address and can speak english. The best way I found I can get referrals is by going on sites like: Myspace or Facebook.
