If you want to cash out $250 when you make 500 posts, you need 18 referrals.

i want to knw after making 20 posts can i add the 2 referrals and then ask for payout. is tht possible or should i have to make the referrals when i m within the 20 posts

You can cashout $5, I think. You haven't qualified for the third and other levels.
