Yes you need 18 referrals to cash out $250 for 500 posts.Hopejordan has more than 500 posts but he only has 10 referrals.He needs to refer 8 more people.I have been advertising this program online at different sites.I am trying to build my downline.I have 3 referrals.I need 15 more referrals to make $250.

when ireached 500th post someone got posted and said that the offer is closed that vip rapid won't pay anymore i am confused

Well, maybe your post are not long or they were not attracted with your post.. Try to ask the admin for you to know the answer.. By the way, did you already have 18 referrals?? Anyway, I hope you will be able to solve your problem
