How to move to the USA for higher studies

This is for the Indian students:
Be a graduate in any stream at first.
Clear the TOEFL.
Appear in the GRE( General/ Subject)
Get call from a few universities of the USA
Seek and confirm your full or half scholarship
Move and be happy.

It looks very simple when we talk about moving to USA for higher studies but when it comes to reality its not that much simple ,it involves many complications
