I have some coding experience with VB .Net with SQLserver 2003 as backend database. (I am just at beginner stage. I am good at another open database system)

I know little about FTP.

I want to upload the aspx files from my system and the SQL database to my webhosting server.

How can I do that? What are the files to upload? After uploading, what are modifications I have to do, to link the database?

If you want to upload your files, then you should have a ftp application. Filezilla is the one that I currently use. To use SQL database on webhosting, make sure your webhosting support it, then make a database from SQL management studio. Your webhosting should provide username and password for you.
