What's it all about? A search engine?

No, people upload huge files on rapid share and RS make money when people buy accounts so that they can download files faster and without waiting.

It is a mega file uploader in plain english.

What kind of files? Anything?

Me (uploader) and the enduser (downloader) need to have paid accounts?

Any files. You dont need paid accounts, you can download for free but those who have paid accounts download at a higher speed. Also if you are a free user you have to wait some time between files your downloading. Hope i helped you a bit. If you want to know anything else post and ill do my best to help

And most of the greatest files are uploaded in RapidShare why there are lots who are dreaming of RapidShare premium account.

I have been using rapidshare since i was on college, especially for downloading movie.. I just strolling the net for shared hacked account too speed up my download, that why i am so excited when i found this forum, hope i can reach vip status soon enough, so i can say bye bye to painful google search..

When you need to store your files on a secure server and let others download or you download them whenever you want for free... rapishare comes to rescue. Although it's free premium membership has better features. People use Rapidshare to SHARE files with people all around the world. Fast & Reliable

I use rapidshare a lot to download all the latest trance radio shows. Always struggle to get a connection though, so the premium accounts will be highly appreciated.
