the rules are always welcome. but if rules are going to be changed , then the previous rules should get some more time. so tht the confidence will remain intact....

You can find him by his username. (viprapid)

Go to Rules section, you can find some threads started by the admin.
Then click on the username.
Select 'Send private message to viprapid'
Type 'Payout request' in the title and type the request in the body.
(include your paypal id in the body of the message)
And send the PM to him.

I will try to earn up around 250$ but not in a day or two and it can take month also but if i am trying hard and it takes me month and the contest closes then ?
I really don't want to post spam post like "yes very cool" etc etc So anyone can tell me the validity or time period of the contest

That contest is over, the admin just announced that. There will be new contests coming up though.

If you need to refer someone to get paid via paypal it is against terms of paypal. Just my thought.

I am getting near 100 posts so how do I reach an administrator for payout when ever I get my remaining 2 referrals? Nobody is telling me HOW to do that!
