It would be nice to have a Video Embed plugin... what do you think?

Yeah, I wanted to suggest the same thing. We should be allowed embing videos to our posts.

Its just gonna slow the site down!!! its already fast.. why make it slow?

how is it gonna make the forum slower? i mean... why open the link in another tab when you can open the thread and see the video there?
btw if embed videos are making sites slower for you... you should check your pc... an embed video won't make a site slower...

Yeah. Flash makes the site laggy. And I think we don't need that much features.

This will make the site really slow and I doubt this is on dedicated at the moment.

Can i ask you guys what machines are you working on? cmon... my pc isn't even mid generation... it's a 2 yo sempron and i don't have any problems with embed videos/java.
+ the video's will be embed not streamed by the site...
