Nah everyone wants to talk to the admin about their payments about other things, he would have a few hundred chats open lol. A shoutbox would probably be better.

most forums don't use shoutbox as it is very hard to manage because of heaps of people would spam it very easy or maybe you could just allow it to vip members only to use
