rules and regulation is worst of vipraipd , till now i had pm viprapid many time for payment but till now they didnt transfer even 1 dollar this shows the value of this company.

Did you read the rules first?

They've clearly said "you need 20 posts and 2 referrals" to request cashout.

Mate clearly research before blaming the Owner and moderators. Make 2 referrals then say ..

dude, easy blamin than proof

... go get some refferals, when i asked the admin for payout i was contacted within less than 24 hrs...
