I have two suggestions:

My first suggestion is about your earnings...

Why not make some earnings link wherein only the log-in/sign-in user knows his/her earnings so that when every time they want to redeem their money they know how much they earn.
Just update their earning every after 6 hours or it depends on your free time. Then you assign or schedule the date when they can redeem their money and how much is your minimum payout (e.g. Twice a month-- every 15th and 30th of the month-- the minimum payout is $5 up). This will make your job easier and at the same time there is a proper order in sending their payouts (members won't keep on bothering you about their money).

My second suggestion is about a contest...

I'm thinking of a contest that everyone can be interested. Make a forum wherein people can post their stories or experiences then through votes it will know who is the winner. Of course, there should be a category or rules about their discussion or thread to make (e.g. no harmful words or the story must be true and not copy by other site. The story must not exceed 500 words or 1000 words).

These were just my suggestions.. If you want to edit or make some clarifications about my suggestion, feel free to reply..
