I want to create a forum based on photoshop tutorials is there any site which provide forum hosting for free and also i want to customize the look of forum

they don't provide the customization facility do they?

by customization i maent changing forum template

there's alot of free hosting.. just install the forum your own. more customization.

that's why I said just install your own,it gives you more customization... on a free host.. don't use auto install things..
